How do we design?
Our bureau is comprised of engineers have many years’ experience working for foreign shipyards and global shipowners. Thus, we can guide you through the entire process of designing or modernizing a vessel professionally and competently: from theoretical calculations, through 3D modelling, design visualizations, and selection of necessary equipment, to author’s supervision during vessel construction. We carry out strength, stability and mass calculations, as well as preparing maritime transport documentation.
Concept
Project development is based on requirements and guidelines agreed upon during consultations with the client.
Classification
We prepare documentation that's submitted for approval to the Classification Society indicated by the client.
3D Modeling
We create 3D models of vessels as well as 3D models based on existing documentation.
Work – production documentation
For shipyards executing the project, we prepare the production documentation including routing documentation and pipeline prefabrication drawings.
Author’s supervision
As part of this service, we ensure that all works align with the documentation and address any challenges that arise during construction. Our specialists adapt detailed concepts to the shipyard’s conditions and preferences, review manufacturers' and suppliers' offers, and make necessary adjustments based on market conditions (e.g., changes in equipment or updates to regulations) on an ongoing basis.
Delivery documentation
After project completion, we prepare documentation reflecting the actual solutions implemented on the constructed vessel.
Design visualisation
Design visualisation is our offering for clients who value aesthetic qualities as much as the vessel's functionality. As part of this service, we prepare several concepts to choose from and preliminary visualizations supported by basic ergonomic studies in a 3D environment. This ensures our clients receive a fully customized design solution that is both comprehensive and aligned with their tastes.
Scale models
The team at our model workshop consists of true masters of their craft, combining traditional modelling techniques with a modern approach to creation. This results in highly realistic models that bring the visions of designers and clients to life while accurately reflecting every detail of the vessel. Each model is handcrafted using only the finest materials, ensuring a unique and exceptional final product.
All documentation and technical solutions are developed in compliance with the regulations of Classification Societies
(DNV, BV, LR, ABS, RINA, PRS), SOLAS, and EU Directives.
